About Us

A ten-year practice of repairing, refreshing, and reimagining the rooms people live in every day.

HomeSearchInCo team on a residential project

We founded ten years ago with one idea: home improvement should feel coordinated.

Too many households juggle a painter who never speaks to the plumber, a carpenter who never sees the original drawings, and a punch-list that stretches for months. HomeSearchInCo was formed so those conversations happen in one place. We measure, plan, protect, and finish — then we walk the rooms with you before we call the project complete.

Our studio handles kitchen remodeling, bathroom refreshes, interior and exterior painting, plumbing repairs, roofing details, flooring, and the everyday house repairs that keep a home comfortable. We are not a catalogue of quick patches. We are a planning partner for work that should last.

Listen first

We ask how you cook, where light falls in the afternoon, which doors stick, and which finishes you want to keep. The plan starts with the way you already live in the house.

Protect the home

Floors are covered, dust is contained, and occupied rooms stay usable whenever the scope allows. Improvement should not mean living inside a construction zone for longer than necessary.

Finish with care

Caulk lines, hardware alignment, paint cut-ins, and fixture function are checked together. A room is ready when it looks complete and works the way you were promised.

How a HomeSearchInCo project unfolds

Every improvement begins with a written conversation. You describe the rooms, the problems, and the feeling you want when the work is finished. We reply with clarifying questions: load-bearing walls, plumbing locations, roof age, paint history, and whether the household will stay in the home during the build. That exchange becomes a scope — not a vague promise.

Discovery and site understanding

A planner reviews photographs, existing layouts, and any previous repair notes you can share. We look for moisture, movement, and finish conflicts that a pretty drawing would hide. If a kitchen sink is moving, we do not only talk about cabinet doors. If a bathroom ceiling stains after rain, we look at the roof before we talk about tile.

A single coordinated sequence

Demolition, rough plumbing, carpentry, painting, and final fixtures are scheduled so each trade inherits a clean, ready surface. You receive a simple timeline in plain language: what happens first, which rooms will be noisy, and when you can cook or bathe in the improved space again. Changes are written down. Surprises are discussed before extra work begins.

People who stay with the job

You are not handed from a salesperson to an unknown crew. A project lead remains the voice of the work from the first form submission through the last coat of paint. That person coordinates carpenters, painters, and plumbing partners so the tile installer is not guessing at the painter’s schedule.

What we believe about home improvement

A home is not a showroom. It is where breakfast happens, where pipes run behind plaster, and where a poorly prepared wall will show every season. We specify materials that can be cleaned, repaired, and lived with. We prefer honest carpentry over fashionable shortcuts. We would rather explain a longer sequence than leave a hidden defect for the next owner to find.

If you are planning a kitchen that needs better light, a bathroom that leaks, a whole-home paint, or a series of repairs that have waited too long, we would like to hear the story of the house. Start with the contact form and one of our representatives will follow up with next steps.
