This Privacy Policy explains how HomeSearchInCo (“we”, “us”, “our”) treats information connected with homesearchinco.com (the “Site”) and with home improvement enquiries, newsletters, and project conversations. It should be read with our Terms & Services. By using the Site or submitting a form, you acknowledge this Policy.
Home improvement work is personal. Photographs of kitchens, notes about leaks, and the way a household uses a bathroom are not casual data. We collect only what we need to understand a room, reply to you, plan a sequence of trades, and — if you ask — send occasional home-care notes. We do not sell lists of homeowners. We do not publish your street, your family names, or unredacted interiors without permission described in our Terms.
This Site’s enquiry, subscribe, and unsubscribe forms are designed to work in your browser. A successful validation shows a thank-you message so you know the form was completed correctly. When a representative follows up, they use the contact details you typed. You should not include payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or passwords in any message field.
Contact form: name, email, optional callback number, improvement type, subject, and the description of rooms and problems. You may mention occupancy, pets, or accessibility needs if they affect the work; share only what you are comfortable recording.
Subscribe form: name, email, and optional interests (for example painting tips or kitchen planning) so we can send relevant notes rather than generic mail.
Unsubscribe form: email and an optional reason so we can remove the right address and improve future notes. A reason is never required to leave the list.
Project conversations that follow an enquiry may include photographs you send, sketches, product selections, and notes about who lives in the home. Treat those as part of the project file.
Like most websites, the Site may be delivered through a host that records technical logs: browser type, general location derived from network address, pages visited, and date of visit. These logs help us keep the Site available and understand which service pages are useful. We do not use them to advertise home loans or unrelated products.
If a future version of the Site uses cookies or similar storage, they will fall into three ideas: strictly necessary cookies for the page to work; preference cookies (for example a closed banner); and optional analytics cookies that we would only set with a clear choice. This static version does not require you to create an account and does not place a marketing pixel of our own on the pages.

We may combine a new enquiry with an earlier conversation if the same email writes about the same house, so you do not have to repeat the story of a leaking roof. We do not use enquiry content to train public generative models. We do not decide prices based on inferred household wealth from a photograph.
Depending on the privacy law that applies to you, we rely on one or more of the following: your request to take steps toward a contract (an enquiry about remodeling a kitchen is a request for a service conversation); our legitimate interests in running a careful home improvement studio and securing the Site; your consent for optional newsletters; and legal obligations such as keeping records of workmanship discussions for a reasonable period after handover.
You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time using the unsubscribe page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier sending, and it does not automatically delete a project file if work is underway — you may ask us separately to close a project conversation.
We share information only as needed: with a specialist partner (for example a roofing detail or fixture supplier) who must see a photograph or measurement to do their part of your scope; with hosting or email tools that process messages on our behalf under confidentiality expectations; with professional advisers (insurance, legal) if a claim or dispute arises; and with authorities if the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your enquiry with unrelated home-goods advertisers. Social links in the footer are ordinary links; if you choose to visit those networks, their policies apply. We do not automatically broadcast that you contacted us.
Enquiry messages that do not become a project are kept long enough to reply and to recognise a follow-up, then reduced or deleted according to our internal schedule. Project files — scopes, selections, change notes, and completion photographs — are kept for as long as needed to support workmanship questions, insurance, and ordinary business records, then archived or deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain a suppression note so we do not add you back by mistake.
Technical logs rotate on the host’s ordinary cycle. You should keep your own copies of proposals you care about; we are not your document warehouse for unrelated household paperwork.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a studio website and project correspondence. No internet transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send highly sensitive identifiers through a website form. If you suspect an email about HomeSearchInCo is not from us, do not click attachments; write through the Site contact form instead.
Access to project photographs is limited to people working on the rooms. Devices used on site should not store your family photo albums — only the job documentation required for the improvement.
The Site may be viewed from many places. Information you submit may be processed where we and our hosting partners operate. If you are in a region with specific transfer rules, a representative can describe the safeguards we use for that enquiry. We do not tailor this Policy to a single country in the page content; the same care for kitchens, baths, and household privacy applies wherever the message comes from.
The Site is intended for adults planning work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a project photograph might include a child, we will crop or omit the image from public pages unless a parent or guardian has agreed. If you believe a child submitted a form, contact us and we will delete the enquiry.
You may: decline to provide optional fields such as a callback number; subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters; ask what we hold about an enquiry you sent; ask us to correct a name or email; ask us to close a marketing list entry; and, where the law gives you further rights (access, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, or a complaint to a supervisory authority), exercise those rights by writing through the contact form with the subject “Privacy”.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the same person who submitted the enquiry. We may retain limited information if the law requires it or if a project dispute is active. We will explain if we cannot fulfil a request in full.
The Site may load icon fonts or typefaces from a public font network so headings match our design. That network may receive your network address as part of delivering the file. Social networks linked in the footer are independent controllers of any data you give them after you leave. Project suppliers we introduce during a build will have their own delivery and warranty processes; we share with them only what the room requires.
We do not use automated systems to refuse a kitchen or bathroom enquiry without human review. Form validation in the browser only checks that required fields look complete so a representative is not sent an empty message. It does not score your household or decide a price.
We may change this Policy as the Site or our practices change. The date at the top will be revised. Material changes to how we use enquiry photographs or newsletter data will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you have seen the new Policy for website use. Signed project documents may contain additional confidentiality terms that continue to apply to that job.
We do not publish a phone number or street address on this Site. For privacy questions, use the contact form, name the rooms or the email address involved, and write “Privacy Policy” in the subject. A representative will respond. If you also wish to stop newsletters, the fastest path is the unsubscribe page in the footer; you do not need to explain a home improvement story to leave the list.
